On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Learning Management systems support for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional onsite requirements at our client’s Toronto office.
Learning Management systems support - Job Description:
The Learning Management systems support will be responsible for triaging and resolving escalated L&D course and platform issues within the organization. This role involves supporting various business programs and ensuring a seamless learner experience through timely responses and resolutions to inquiries across the bank.
Learning Management systems support - Responsibilities:
• Respond and resolve learner escalated inquiries or issues through the ServiceNow tool within prescribed service level agreements
• Participate in end-to-end issue management processes requiring stakeholder engagement
• Support individual learners by providing clear options and troubleshooting resolutions
• Assist in monitoring and reporting trends in training escalations
• Collaborate with peers to update troubleshooting knowledge base articles
• Act as a subject matter expert in LMS and online learning to support learners and L&D partners
Learning Management systems support - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of two years of experience in a training environment with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems
• Excellent research and investigative skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on learner experience
• Excellent business writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in a regulatory environment
Learning Management systems support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of LMS and basic SharePoint
• Experience with ticketing systems
