Do you have a talent for turning complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences? Our client is looking for a creative Instructional Designer to join their training team and help build world-class learning solutions for a global retail operation.
In this role, you'll partner with subject matter experts to design impactful classroom, online and blended learning programmes, create engaging training content and job aids, and ensure learners have the tools they need to succeed. If you're a strong writer with a passion for learning, instructional design and simplifying complex concepts, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for:
- Experience in instructional design, technical writing or learning content development
- Strong writing, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms and Microsoft Office (HTML, Photoshop and tools such as Captivate are a plus)
