We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced L&D Programme Lead to join their Learning & Development team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional with strong end-to-end programme management experience to play a key role in delivering impactful professional development initiatives, including a flagship learning programme and onboarding activities.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of a range of learning programmes that support employee development across the organisation.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of learning and development programmes, from planning and design through to delivery and evaluation.
- Coordinate and deliver professional development and onboarding programmes.
- Manage programme timelines, communications, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers where required.
- Support and mentor junior members of the Learning & Development team.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of innovative learning solutions and initiatives.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing learning and development programmes from concept through to evaluation.
- Strong project and programme management skills.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues within a team environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
