Using learning platforms, tools, and evidence-based design principles, the Learning Partner creates practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across the organisation. The role evaluates learning impact using data, feedback, and performance indicators, using insights to continuously improve programme design and demonstrate value to the business.
•Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess capability needs, agree priorities, and shape learning plans aligned to business strategy
•Design blended learning programmes using a range of development methods informed by adult learning principles
•Facilitate high-impact learning and team sessions, including leadership programmes, talent development, L&D programmes and workshops.
•Own end-to-end programme design: define outcomes, create learner journeys and materials, pilot/iterate, and ensure learning is embedded and sustainable in day-to-day practice
•Leverage learning tools and platforms to build and curate digital learning, enable self-directed development, and scale high-impact programmes across the organisation
•Manage learning initiatives end-to-end (scope, stakeholders, governance, suppliers, delivery, and evaluation), ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Experience & Capability
•Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a talent and development role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally in a global multi-business group
•Demonstrated excellence in partnering with the business and building strong relationships
•Proven experience designing and delivering bespoke/tailored programmes across multiple business areas using a variety of development approaches
•Strong facilitation skills, with proven experience delivering leadership and talent development programmes
•Demonstrated learning design capability and hands-on experience with learning tools and platforms
•Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience influencing senior leaders, challenging constructively, and managing competing priorities
•Proven knowledge of best-practice learning design and evaluation (e.g. needs analysis, learning outcomes, and impact measurement) and awareness of emerging L&D trends
•Experience of programme and project management (planning, governance, risk/issue management, and supplier/vendor management)
