HR Employee Capability Coordinator | Dublin
I’m currently partnering with a highly regarded organisation to appoint a HR Employee Capability Coordinator into their collaborative People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, development and employee capability and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused and highly supportive environment.
The role will suit someone who has hands-on experience delivering HR-related training to managers and employees and who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to build capability across the organisation. This is a broad and varied role offering strong exposure across learning & development, HR support, capability building, onboarding, LMS management and organisational development initiatives.

You will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation helping to deliver engaging and practical HR-focused learning initiatives while supporting a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver HR-related learning and development initiatives across the organisation
- Deliver training to managers on HR-related topics including people management, performance management and employee development
- Build strong relationships with managers and support designated business areas from a HR and capability perspective
- Manage the day-to-day administration and backend functionality of the LMS platform
- Support onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programmes
- Source external and internal training content aligned to organisational needs
- Work with universities, training providers and learning partners to coordinate development initiatives
- Identify capability gaps and development needs across teams and departments
- Track training effectiveness, engagement and ROI including follow-up reporting
- Produce HR and training-related KPI reports
- Support wider HR projects and organisational development initiatives
- Assist with change initiatives and employee engagement activities as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within Learning & Development, Employee Capability, HR or Talent Development
- Strong experience delivering HR-related training to managers and employees
- Experience managing or supporting an LMS platform
- Comfortable sourcing learning content and coordinating external providers
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Degree or qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline preferred
Salary:
€45,000 - €55,000 plus benefits
