HR and Employee Capability Partner
I’m currently partnering with a large and well-established organisation to appoint a HR Employee Capability Partner into their People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the blend of learning & development, HR partnering and capability building within a busy and highly people-focused environment.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working across a broad range of projects while also managing the operational side of learning and development, including LMS administration, training coordination and stakeholder engagement.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative HR function supporting a large and diverse workforce, partnering closely with managers and teams across the organisation to drive employee capability, learning initiatives and development programmes.
This is a varied role with strong exposure across:
- Learning & Development coordination and capability building
- LMS administration and management
- Sourcing and coordinating external training providers and course content
- Tracking learning outcomes, engagement and ROI
- Supporting managers and employees across a broad range of development initiatives
- Employee engagement and HR-related projects
- Stakeholder management across a fast-paced environment
The role offers excellent exposure to both strategic and operational HR while working within a supportive and experienced People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate training schedules, course content and learning programmes
- Source external learning providers and identify suitable training solutions
- Track participation, engagement and effectiveness of training initiatives
- Produce learning reports, analytics and ROI insights
- Support capability-building initiatives across the organisation
- Partner with managers to identify learning and development needs
- Support onboarding, employee development and internal learning initiatives
- Assist with HR projects and wider People team activities as required
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across a busy environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development or HRBP-style roles
- Experience managing or administering an LMS platform
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to manage pushback professionally
- Commercially aware with the ability to track and measure learning outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience within healthcare, regulated or complex environments would be advantageous
Salary:
€50,000 - €65,000
