HR Capability Partner
I’m currently partnering with a large and highly regarded organisation to appoint a HR Capability Partner into their collaborative People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys operating in a true partnering role while also driving learning, capability and employee development initiatives across a complex and fast-paced environment.
The role will suit someone who has strong experience across both operational HR and learning & development and who enjoys working closely with managers to build high-performing teams and support organisational capability growth.
A key focus of the role will be coordinating and delivering learning and capability initiatives across both HR and wider business functions, while also supporting managers across a broad range of people-related activities.
The Opportunity
You will partner with managers across the organisation providing hands-on HR support while also leading and coordinating learning and capability initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with managers and provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
- Identify capability gaps and development needs across teams and departments
- Coordinate and deliver learning and development initiatives across HR and wider business functions
- Manage the day-to-day administration and backend functionality of the LearnUpon LMS platform
- Source and coordinate external and internal training content aligned to organisational needs
- Develop and coordinate onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programmes
- Track training effectiveness, engagement and ROI, ensuring strong follow-up and reporting
- Support managers around employee development, performance and capability building
- Assist in driving a high-performance and continuous learning culture across the organisation
- Support organisational development, engagement and culture-focused initiatives
- Produce HR and learning-related reporting and KPI data
- Support wider HR projects and change initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and healthcare regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR, HRBP, Learning & Development or Employee Capability role
- Strong experience delivering learning and development initiatives across multiple business functions
- Experience delivering training to managers and stakeholders
- Experience managing or supporting an LMS platform such as LearnUpon
- Comfortable sourcing training content and coordinating external providers
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience within healthcare, regulated or unionised environments would be advantageous
Salary
€50,000 – €65,000 plus benefits
