Want to work in an award winning L&D Department? This large stalwart of Irish Industry is hiring an L&D Specialist to continue to reach the levels of excellence they have been achieving and help them push on and continue to develop effective training programmes, that make a difference.
Your role will include, programme development, LMS management, partnering with internal stakeholders to ascertain the needs of the business and work with external stakeholders to deliver for the internal teams. You will develop content for classroom and digital environment. Develop reporting further to ensure quality decision making and a well informed management team. This is an environment of development, not forgetting your development, so an attitude of "how can we be better" will fit in very well with the existing team.
There are a couple of impressive programmes in the planning for Q1 next year, so it's an exciting time to join, and the opportunities that come when you are working in an organisation of this scale are abundant.
To be considered for this role you must have no less than 3 years in a dedicated L&D position, you will have development programmes already, and have an impressive skillset of learning technology, and content development, with excellent stakeholder management skills. There maybe a little travel to other offices therefore ideally you will have a drivers license as well.
