Job Summary:
Al Khozama Investment Company, a leader in luxury hospitality and real estate investment, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across the organization, supporting Al Khozama’s commitment to service excellence and continuous growth. The role will also lead national talent development initiatives through government-supported training programs such as Tamheer and Cooperative Training (Co-op). The main Purpose of this job is to design, plan, execute, evaluate, and manage learning and development strategies and talent management programs that enhance employee performance, build organizational capabilities, and support long-term business growth.
