Reporting To: Learning and Development Manager
The L&D Lead supports L&D plans and initiatives; contributes to the implementation, tracking, and monitoring of planned learning activities. Conducts questionnaires, surveys among learners to understand behavior change and learning impact in the workplace as result of learning. Conducts knowledge assessments, collects feedback and results data. Analyzes learning data and recommends the course of action. Keeps records of learning results, behavior change, ROI measures, and business improvement records as a result of learning. Does the necessary follow up with stakeholders and managers to execute the agreed learning plans, and collects the necessary learning outcome data.
Key Responsibilities
1-Learning Measurement & Evaluation
-Collect and analyze participant feedback for all learning activities, identifying trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
-Design, administer, and track knowledge assessments to ensure learning objectives are met.
-Conduct post-learning surveys and questionnaires to assess behavior change and workplace application of learning.
-Measure learning impact on business performance using appropriate evaluation methodologies.
-Support ROI measurement for high-investment learning programs by defining pre- and post-training metrics and analyzing results.
2-Learning Data Analysis & Reporting
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records, including learning results, assessments, behavior change indicators, and ROI data.
-Analyze learning data on a regular basis to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
-Prepare insights and recommendations to support data-driven learning decisions and continuous improvement.
3-Learning Plan Execution & Follow-Up
-Coordinate closely with learners and their managers to ensure execution of agreed learning plans and completion of learning objectives.
-Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to track progress and collect post-learning data.
-Escalate non-completion or critical issues to senior managers when required.
4-Stakeholder Collaboration
-Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager on daily operations and reporting.
-Engage with employees, managers, and supervisors to support learning execution and data collection.
-Ensure alignment between learning activities and business needs across operating companies.
5-Projects & Continuous Improvement
-Contribute to special L&D projects assigned by the Learning & Development Manager to advance the overall learning agenda.
-Support the enhancement of learning measurement practices, tools, and reporting standards.

Role Specification
Graduate degree, preferably in HR / Learning.
3 Years’ Experience in Organization learning field (preferably in FMCG)
Mastery of MS Excel and use of computer programs
Knowledge / use of LMS systems is a plus
Good command of English language.
