Large Riyadh-based organisation within the investment management space are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join the HR team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CHRO, offering the opportunity to build and shape the organisation’s L&D function from the ground up.
Position Overview
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving a comprehensive learning strategy that supports the organisation’s growth, leadership capability, and talent development objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a greenfield environment, enjoys autonomy, and is passionate about creating modern, business-aligned learning ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a full Learning & Development programme from scratch, including frameworks, policies, tools, and delivery models.
- Design and implement a holistic L&D strategy aligned with organisational goals and workforce capability needs.
- Conduct detailed learning needs analyses across departments to identify skills gaps and development priorities.
- Build leadership development pathways, technical upskilling programmes, and soft skills curricula.
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies—including digital learning, blended learning, coaching, and mentoring frameworks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using robust metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and oversee vendor selection, budgeting, and programme delivery.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed a strong learning culture across the organisation.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, HR, and industry-specific requirements within the investment management sector.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7-10 years in Learning & Development
- Bachelors degree minimum qualification
- MUST have experience in developing L&D programs independently
- Corporate business experience required
