Learning & Development Manager- West Dublin (Hybrid)
Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of an organisation’s learning strategy, based in West Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a strategic Learning & Development plan aligned to business goals
- Conduct training needs analysis across all levels of the organisation
- Develop leadership development programmes, succession planning initiatives, and talent pathways
- Deliver engaging in-person and digital training across core business areas
- Oversee onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a strong employee experience
- Evaluate learning impact using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning
- Manage external training providers and learning budgets effectively
- Support organisational change through targeted learning interventions
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and career development initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development or People Development role (ideally 3-5 years minimum)
- Strong background in designing and delivering training programmes across multiple levels
- Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with leadership teams on capability and performance development
- Knowledge of learning frameworks, instructional design, and blended learning approaches
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
