Salary: Starting from 61,306
Permanent Contract (Hybrid working model - 3 days at home, 2 days in the office. Wednesdays mandatory day in office.)

We are seeking a passionate and creative Learning & Organisational Development Manager to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high‑impact projects, shape modern learning practices, and build organisational capability across the Rehab Group during a period of meaningful transformation.
What We’re Looking For
Essential requirements
• A third‑level qualification or equivalent (NFQ8) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/education/training (MCIPD desirable)
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant Learning & Development / Organisational Development experience

Your Responsibilities
As Learning & Organisational Development Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of several key transformation programmes. You will drive the rollout of the Career Framework, support organisational design governance, and help managers apply new structures and capability standards consistently. You will also lead the implementation and ongoing development of the new Learning Management System, ensuring high‑quality digital learning, reporting and user experience.
You will champion quality across all learning activity, from documentation and version control to continuous improvement. You will support leadership development initiatives and help prepare the organisation for the wider rollout of the Performance & Development Review process.
The role includes line management of the L&D Lead and Officer, providing clear direction and supporting high‑quality delivery. You will work closely with HRBPs, managers and subject matter experts across the organisation and represent the L&OD function in key forums. When required, you will also deputise for the Head of Learning & Organisational Development.
