About the Role:

You will excel at managing day-to-day learning operations, facilitating impactful experiences, leveraging technology for scalable solutions, and measuring impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tech-Enabled Learning Solutions
- Leverage a variety of digital learning platforms and tools to create scalable and personalised learning experiences.
- Stay informed about the latest technological trends, including AI-driven tools, virtual learning environments, and mobile solutions.
- Partner with the Technical Solutions Manager to support the usage and optimisation of tech-enabled learning.
2. Administrative and Logistical Support
- Regularly update and maintain the internal intranet page for employee development offerings, ensuring content is current and accessible.
- Support the planning and execution of Leadership Development programs (including New Manager foundations) and broader scaled experiences, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide logistical support for instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, including course creation in the Learning Management System (LMS), scheduling, material preparation, and venue coordination.
- Draft and distribute clear communications for global audiences regarding learning opportunities and events.
3. Facilitation and Delivery
- Lead engaging learning sessions, virtually and in-person, across topics such as onboarding, communication skills, psychological safety, and leadership.
- Ensure a positive, interactive, and learner-centred experience, adapting facilitation methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Manage communications and logistics for live sessions, coordinating with external vendors to ensure seamless delivery for learners across different regions.
4. Impact Measurement and Data Support
- Collect and analyse data to assess program effectiveness, including participant engagement, knowledge retention, and business impact.
- Provide insights to help the team craft data-driven stories regarding the impact of learning initiatives.
- Assist in gathering feedback and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts.
5. Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in facilitation and EdTech.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation within internal learning programs.
- Embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development with a strong focus on facilitation and program delivery.
- Strong familiarity with tech-enabled learning platforms (LMS, e-learning, AI tools, or other digital assets).
- Strong project management skills and execution of administrative tasks (content updates, event planning, communications).
- Self-starter comfortable in ambiguous environments; a critical thinker able to drive results independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with diverse, dispersed teams.
- Instructional design experience is a plus.
- Experience in data collection and analysis to support decision-making.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
