Learning & Development Manager- West Dublin (Hybrid)

Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of an organisation’s learning strategy, based in West Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a strategic Learning & Development plan aligned to business goals
Conduct training needs analysis across all levels of the organisation
Develop leadership development programmes, succession planning initiatives, and talent pathways
Deliver engaging in-person and digital training across core business areas
Oversee onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a strong employee experience
Evaluate learning impact using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
Partner with HR and business leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning
Manage external training providers and learning budgets effectively
Support organisational change through targeted learning interventions
Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and career development initiatives

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a Learning & Development or People Development role (ideally 3-5 years minimum)
Strong background in designing and delivering training programmes across multiple levels
Confident facilitator with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with leadership teams on capability and performance development
Knowledge of learning frameworks, instructional design, and blended learning approaches
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
