Learning and Development Specialist – 11 month contract – Hybrid in Dublin 15 – €64,000 per annum pro rata

Beyond revolutionising how we think about eCommerce, our client is building a culture of continuous learning and is looking for a hands-on Talent Development Specialist to help make it happen. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, organized learning professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and impact.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person learning across onboarding, leadership, communication, and team effectiveness.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Leverage learning technologies to create scalable, modern learning experiences.
- Support leadership development initiatives and instructor-led training logistics end to end.
- Track engagement and outcomes, turning data into insights that improve programs over time.
What you bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in learning and development, with strong facilitation and program delivery skills.
- Confidence using digital learning platforms and interest in emerging learning tech.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Experience using data to measure impact and guide decisions (analytics tools a plus).
