A retail company in Riyadh is seeking a talented Learning & Development Officer (Saudi Nationals Only) to drive impactful training initiatives and support talent development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and provide on-the-job coaching
- Identify capability gaps and evaluate training effectiveness
- Manage LMS content, training coordination, and reporting
- Analyze learning data to support continuous improvement
- Design and deliver engaging training programs and learning materials
- Support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
- Proven experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
- Retail experience is a plus
