🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across sales, operations, and corporate teams
- Design and deliver impactful training programs (classroom & virtual)
- Conduct onboarding and sales training for real estate consultants
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance metrics
- Manage LMS and maintain training records
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
🎯 Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / HR
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in real estate training is an advantage
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven
