Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Director to lead talent growth within a dynamic real estate and property development organization. The ideal candidate will drive organizational capability, leadership excellence, and employee development initiatives that align with the company’s ambitious business goals in a competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored to a real estate/property development environment.
• Identify skills gaps across business units and design impactful learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing L&D team, fostering innovation and engagement.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using metrics and feedback to ensure tangible business impact.
• Partner with department heads to integrate learning strategies with organizational objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging learning technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and external partnerships effectively.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, talent development, and leadership frameworks.
• Experience in large, dynamic organizations, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and learning outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning solutions.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change through L&D initiatives.
