- Identify training needs across the organization by collaborating with department heads and conducting training needs analysis
- Implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development
- Track and manage training budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and using data to refine and improve training initiatives
- Organize learning and development sessions, including workshops, webinars, and seminars, ensuring that employees have access to relevant and impactful learning opportunities
- Provide support in executing career development initiatives, including succession planning, mentoring, and leadership training
- Maintain and update training records in the HR system, ensuring all employees’ training and certification details are tracked accurately
- Assist in HR communications, including sending announcements, updates, and reminders to employees regarding policies, events, and benefits
- Provide support in the pension registration and employee final settlements process to ensure that these are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in executing the performance management processes, including appraisals, promotions, and documentation of feedback
- Support HR reporting and analytics for management review, including headcount, attendance, and HR metrics
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
- Stay updated on HR best practices, UAE labor law updates, and HR technology trends
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives to support organizational goals and workforce development
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with Company's people management practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including QHSE requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate
