Key Responsibilities
- Learning Design & Delivery: Develop and implement innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning content using instructional design best practices.
- Leadership & Succession Planning: Design and execute leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to create and monitor individual development plans that align employee aspirations with business needs.
- Performance Integration: Support integration of learning initiatives into performance management processes, including manager training and feedback systems.
- Needs Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data and feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with department leaders and external vendors to align training initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Culture of Learning: Promote continuous learning through internal campaigns, events, and accessible resources that engage all levels of staff.
