- We would love to launch lunch-and-learns, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-building activities that make learning feel more natural and fun.
- You will be responsible for the roll out of our new learning management system from start to finish – everything from helping us decide on the new platform, to getting it live and making sure our people use it.
- You will also help us plan by creating career paths and succession plans that give our people room to grow.
