About the Role:
Miral is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Development Lead to drive impactful learning and development initiatives across our organization. This role is central to aligning training programs with business goals, enhancing employee capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Engage regularly with Miral colleagues through park walks and special events.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess and address departmental learning needs.
Learning Cycle Management
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the full learning cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Facilitate engaging workshops focused on knowledge and soft skills development.
- Design and deploy online learning modules using tools like Articulate and VYond on platforms such as Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely training records.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to support Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Cross-functional Support
- Contribute to Miral’s Emiratization strategy in partnership with the Emiratization team.
- Support internships, cross-training, and multiskilling initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Essential: Diploma or Degree in any field
Desirable:
- Train the Trainer Certification (ATD / ISTD)
- Certificate in Facilitation (ATD) or Coaching (ICF)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, with hands-on experience in design and facilitation
Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in Learning Needs Analysis, ADDIE model, training delivery and evaluation (Kirkpatrick, Philips ROI), and LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and accountability skills.
- Fluent in English.
