Key responsibilities
● Identify, source, and onboard qualified trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts
across domains (technology, business, leadership, and functional skills).
● Build and nurture a strong network of independent trainers, consulting firms, and
institutional partners across the UAE and GCC.
● Collaborate closely with program and delivery teams to understand client requirements
and match them with the right trainer profiles.
● Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, associations, and professional communities to
continuously expand the trainer base.
● Negotiate commercial terms to ensure cost-effective trainer acquisition while
maintaining quality benchmarks.
● Manage trainer contracting, onboarding documentation, and scheduling coordination.
● Maintain and update the internal trainer database, including profiles, rates, feedback,
and availability.
● Ensure quick turnaround and readiness of trainers for ongoing and upcoming client
engagements.
● Track trainer performance feedback and maintain long-term relationships for repeat
engagements.
