About the Role:
 We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Development & Training Specialist to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and driving workforce capability across all departments.
Roles and Responsibility: 
Training Strategy & Policies: Develop and update the organization’s training and development policies, systems, and procedures aligned with strategic goals.
Program Design & Delivery: Plan, design, and implement annual training programs based on competency needs, performance reviews, and career-growth requirements.
Evaluation & ROI: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measure return on investment, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Performance & Career Development: Support performance-management processes, define career paths, and implement promotion and succession plans.
Vendor & Logistics Management: Coordinate with training providers, manage logistics, and ensure quality and timely delivery of all programs.
Continuous Improvement: Benchmark global best practices, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in all learning and development initiatives.
