Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and identify training requirements and priorities.
- Design engaging and interactive training materials for diverse learning needs, levels, and styles.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to different audiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training programs through feedback and analysis.
- Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in learning technologies and methods.
- Manage the training calendar and ensure timely delivery of all training initiatives.
- Coordinate with external training providers to supplement internal resources when necessary.
- Track and report on training metrics to assess program success and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and organizational requirements for training programs.
- Support the development of e-learning modules and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a learning and development role.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage effective training programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
