Senior Manager, Digital Transformation Training Program
Reporting to: Director – Finance, Digital and Business Skills
Location: Dubai, UAE
The Role:
As the Trainer in Digital Transformation Senior Manager at Kaplan MENA, you will work closely with the director of the vertical to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive, market-leading learning solutions for our clients. This role involves leading a team of learning professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to play a pivotal role in shaping our offerings, ensuring their alignment with our values, market trends, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Designing learning solutions by understanding client needs
- Identifying and selecting trainers and instructional designers based on project requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback, making data-driven improvements as necessary.
- These responsibilities are among the core KPIs for the role
Driving Growth
- Identify opportunities for growth within and adjacent to the digital transformation training vertical.
- Leverage market research to gain insights into competitors' product strategies and pricing to inform our approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging learning technologies.
- Assist the sales and marketing team to drive sales, including tasks such as crafting proposals, participating in business development and client meetings

Content Development & Review:
- Develop and oversee high-quality training content, ensuring it meets industry standards and effectively addresses the evolving needs of our clients.
- Core KPIs include the successful delivery of innovative digital training solutions,
Training Delivery:
- Deliver a minimum number of training days annually, focusing on digital transformation topics, ensuring high-quality learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Be flexible to deliver training for new topics and subject areas.
- Be flexible to travel and deliver trainings for Kaplan clients across the MENA region.
- Achieve core KPI targets by consistently facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage and nurture key stakeholder and client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Liaise with government bodies, third party providers and accreditation agencies to maintain our standing in the industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, programming, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience of over 5 years in digital transformation and a minimum of 3 years in a learning and development
- Educational background/ practical knowledge related to coding is a must.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions across various formats.
- Strong project management abilities Data-driven mindset Knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory training standards, where applicable.
