We are seeking a high-energy, organized professional to drive the training and development strategy for our Cultivation and Wholesale facilities. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for our LMS, acting as the primary engine that pushes critical training modules to our frontline teams. You will be responsible for the strategic rollout of learning content—determining the precise "how" and "when" to introduce training to ensure new hires are successful and established employees remain compliant and skilled. Beyond digital administration, you will be a visible presence at our facilities, creating custom content and facilitating in-person sessions that support both technical mastery and professional development. You will partner closely with Facility Leadership to align training schedules with production cycles, ensuring our teams are empowered to grow alongside the business.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS) at the facility level; coordinating with content development team to manage the assignment and "push" of all required trainings to Cultivation and Wholesale staff.
- Partner with Facility Leadership to determine the optimal timing for training interventions, ensuring learning occurs at the right moment in the employee lifecycle without disrupting harvest or production schedules.
Create and update high-impact training materials, including SOP-based modules, safety protocols, and professional development resources tailored to a cannabis production environment.
Travel up to 25% to facilities to lead in-person training, conduct workshops, and provide hands-on coaching to the facility employee population.
Collaborate with facility leads to design and deliver professional development content, helping employees build the leadership and technical skills necessary for career advancement.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal SOPs for training delivery to ensure a consistent and compliant learning experience across all state jurisdictions.
Attend regular staffing and production calls to align training rollouts with production ramps, ensuring new hires are "floor-ready" according to facility needs.
Proactively monitor training completion rates and provide real-time updates to Facility Managers to ensure 100% compliance with state-mandated regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
