Main Purpose of Position
The Learning & Development Lead will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality development opportunities across the organisation. With a strong focus on apprenticeships and learner pathways, this role will ensure our people have access to structured, impactful, and compliant learning experiences. The postholder, will also support wider Learning and Development initiatives, champion system engagement, and drive continuous professional development (CPD) across the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support the organisation’s apprenticeship strategy and lifecycle
· Build strong relationships with training providers, leaders, and learners
· Develop and maintain learner pathways that support career progression
· Support delivery of wider L&D initiatives and projects
· Drive CPD engagement and meaningful use of learning systems
· Monitor progress, compliance, and learner experience
Due to the nature of this role, it is preferred that the successful applicant will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
