About The Role
We're looking for a GTM Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager to own the delivery and execution of onboarding and enablement programs for all GTM hires. While onboarding is your primary focus, you'll also support ongoing enablement across AE, SDR, and CSM roles as needs arise.
This is a full-stack enablement role: you'll facilitate live sessions, build presentations and e-learning modules, create AI-powered training tools, and deliver content to diverse, multicultural audiences across every time zone. You'll operate within frameworks set by GTM Enablement Leads in North America and International, with room to shape and improve what we build together.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Global Onboarding
- Run engaging onboarding cohorts every two weeks for Global GTM hires. Facilitate live virtual sessions, breakout groups, role plays, and product training that help new hires ramp quickly and confidently across multiple cultures and time zones.
Build Enablement Content
- Create high-quality presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and async content. Develop AI-powered training tools using ElevenLabs technology to scale learning and reinforce skills.
Execute & Evolve The Early Ramp Experience
- Implement and continuously refine the international onboarding journey using our global framework. Build role-based modules, activities, and checkpoints for early-stage ramp, and partner with enablement leads to ensure alignment across regions.
Support Ongoing Role-Specific Enablement
- Partner with enablement leads to deliver programs beyond onboarding—CS enablement, SDR skill-building, AE deal execution, and more. Flex across roles and topics as the business requires.
Deliver to a Global Audience
- Adapt content and facilitation for multicultural audiences across EMEA, Middle East, LatAm, APAC, Oceania, and North America. Ensure every learner feels seen, respected, and set up for success.
Reinforce Core Sales Skills & Methodologies
- Teach foundational sales skills (discovery, qualification, storytelling, objection handling) and methodologies like MEDDPICC using structured materials adapted for international audiences.
Leverage ElevenLabs AI in Training
- Use ElevenLabs’ AI voice and agent technology to enhance learning experiences, build interactive exercises, and help new hires understand how to position and sell the platform effectively.
Measure Cohort Performance
- Track GTM onboarding KPIs (competency progression, time to first opp, time to first deal), analyze performance trends, and implement improvements to accelerate ramp time.
Maintain Content Accuracy & Freshness
- Update onboarding materials as product, messaging, or GTM motions evolve. Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and scalable across Intl markets.
Partner Across Regions
- Collaborate with the North America Enablement Team, as well as local regional teams (Asia, LatAm, Middle East, etc.), to maintain consistency of global curricula. Share learnings, synchronize updates, and ensure every new hire receives a cohesive onboarding experience regardless of region.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in GTM onboarding, sales enablement, L&D, or sales within a SaaS environment
- Full-stack enablement skills: live facilitation, content creation, e-learning development, and presentation design
- Experience delivering training across remote, distributed, and multicultural teams
- Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, etc.)
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools to build coaching agents and training content
- Ability to adapt delivery for multiple regions (EMEA, Middle East, APAC)
- Experience designing both live and async learning
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Slides, Salesforce, LMS platforms, Gong, Loom, Articulate, and modern enablement tools
- Comfortable operating across global time zones with a sustainable, async-first mindset
Location
Remote-first within Europe, with a strong preference for candidates who can spend several days per week in our London HQ. Must be able to flex across global time zones, with a sustainable approach to coverage that balances live delivery with async methods. Long-term focus will be international markets (EMEA, Middle East, APAC, Oceania)
