Head of Learning Delivery
London (Hybrid – 4 days in-office)
A market-leading technology education and talent organisation is seeking a Head of Learning Delivery to take ownership of how technical training is designed, delivered, and aligned to real-world client needs.
This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence — sitting at the intersection of learning strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for transforming a high-performing learning function into a client-centric,outcome-driven delivery engine. Working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, technology, and careers, you’ll ensure training programmes are not only high quality, but demonstrably preparing learners for modern, AI-influenced tech roles.
This role suits someone who enjoys building scalable models, leading experienced teams, and using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary learning delivery team, setting clear expectations and progression pathways
- Embedding consistent quality standards across all training delivery
- Designing end-to-end training solutions aligned to client requirements and industry demand
- Partnering with commercial teams to support scalable, repeatable client offerings
- Owning relationships with key clients and contributing to senior-level service reviews
- Using data, outcomes, and feedback to evolve learning models and demonstrate impact
- Collaborating with technical and careers leaders to ensure learners are genuinely “work-ready”
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience within learning, training, or education environments
- Proven success in building and executing delivery or learning strategies at scale
- Understanding of Technology, Software Development and/or IT Infrastructure
- Strong people leadership skills with a coaching-led approach
- Experience working closely with clients or commercial stakeholders
- Data-literate and comfortable using insight to inform decision-making
- Adaptable, forward-thinking, and motivated by continuous improvement
