The Learning Operations Manager will lead LearnFormula’s content and market expansion initiatives across professional learning sectors. This role bridges research with content onboarding and revenue/monetization of content. A great candidate for this role is someone who likes operations.
You will help identify, grow and monetize new learning markets, onboard instructors, manage campaign data, and ensure continuous compliance with CPD/CLE/CE requirements across regions.
This is an on-site position in Thornhill, Ontario, where collaboration and alignment with the whole team is critical.
An ideal candidate will have extreme attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and incredible interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage instructor onboarding and engagement through LearnFormula’s CRM spreadsheets and tools.
· Track and report on instructor outreach instructor/partnership campaigns
· Help monetize through contact generation and research.
· Maintain and update contact data, partnership records, and communication logs.
· Support partnership development with educational institutions, associations, and content providers.
· Research professional associations, accreditors, and regulatory bodies across Canada, the U.S., Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and UK.
· Maintain up-to-date compliance data (e.g., required CPD/CLE/CE hours, deadlines, accreditation status).
· Identify emerging market opportunities for new professional learning verticals.
· Support the preparation of market briefs and research folders for internal and partner use.
· Manage the topic research process — from idea creation to final instructor assignment and upload.
· Track course outlines, learning objectives, and metadata accuracy.
· Maintain structured data across multiple master sheets (research, topics, compliance, instructor CRM).
· Generate regular reports on campaign performance, instructor activity, and market health.
· Assist with revenue projections, TAM estimates, and content pipeline analytics.
· Ensure data accuracy and implement process improvements for research and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
· 2–5 years’ experience in education operations, content management, research, or CRM coordination.
· Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas, cross-sheet references).
· Experience managing data-heavy workflows and reporting processes.
· Incredible (10/10) written and verbal communication skills (English).
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving process gaps.
· Able to work full-time, in-office at Thornhill HQ.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Accuracy and completeness of instructor and market data (>95%).
· Instructor onboarding throughput (number onboarded per month).
· Timely updates of compliance deadlines and regulatory information.
· Campaign performance reporting and lead conversion metrics.
· Increase/Scaling Market growth and revenue across new sectors
Compensation & Benefits
· CA$55,000 – $70,000/year (depending on experience and education level).
