About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for building internal learning and development managerial programs, training leaders and growing to scale. This leader will work cross-functionally with all departments as a part of the People and Culture team.
The L&D Manager will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments and school districts take the next step from good to great.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable manager development programs covering, feedback, coaching, accountability, and leading through growth and change
- Build a comprehensive learning roadmap for managers, aligned to business strategy, leadership competencies, and organizational growth stages
- Own onboarding and core people leader training, ensuring new and existing managers are equipped to lead high-performing, inclusive teams
- Measure program effectiveness and iterate continuously, using behavioural metrics, leader feedback, and business performance indicators to drive impact
Critical Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles
- Strong experience in manager and leadership development
- Experience building or scaling learning programs in a growing organization
- Practical, outcomes-driven, and comfortable influencing leaders
