📢 Job Title: Project Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)
⏳ Duration: 6–7 Month Contract (Possible Extension)
🚀 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background to lead and deliver impactful learning initiatives for a leading banking client.
This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end L&D programs, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of training solutions across the organization.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of L&D projects (ILT, eLearning, webinars, workshops)
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholders
- Partner with business teams and L&D CoEs to design and implement learning strategies
- Drive vendor selection and onboarding for third-party learning solutions
- Develop communication, change, and launch strategies for training programs
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure strong governance and continuous improvement through retrospectives
- Apply Agile/Hybrid methodologies to project execution
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- 6–10 years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Learning & Development (L&D) / Training programs
- Experience delivering medium to high complexity projects
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance domain
⭐ Nice to Have
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
- Familiarity with eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, SCORM, xAPI)
- Background in instructional design or learning technologies
