Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Learning Technology/Implementation Specialist to spearhead the operational technology, content deployment, and support infrastructure for our
global L&D initiatives. This role is designed for a functional expert who can navigate complex Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools, ensuring high data integrity and
delivering a seamless support experience for a global learner base.
Core Responsibilities
- Systems Administration & Data Strategy
- LMS Ownership: Act as the subject matter expert for multiple LXP (Learning Experience Platform) platforms (like Cornerstone, Docebo, Intellum) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) /authoring suites (Xyleme).
- Platform Optimization: Lead the configuration and maintenance of learning environments, including course uploads, curriculum mapping, learning plans, user
profiles, and assessment logic.
- Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy of all platform data and manage the lifecycle of software licenses.
- Strategic Analytics: Analyze training effectiveness and completion trends. Report findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations to evolve the global
learning ecosystem.
- Content Implementation & Consultative Support
- eLearning Development: Build and maintain digital courses, assessments, and evaluation forms within authoring tools based on stakeholder requirements.
- QA & Testing: Validate content behavior within the LMS to ensure correct configurations and accurate data capture in the Learning Record Store (LRS).
- Strategic Partnership: Consult with Instructional Design and Operations teams on tool functionalities and best practices.
- Technical Oversight: Lead gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to manage system enhancements, bug fixes, and escalations.
- Training Logistics & Learner Experience
- Onboarding Management: Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics for new hire onboarding, including weekly scheduling, manager communications, and automated invites.
- Support Infrastructure: Manage the learning support ticketing system, resolving P1&P2 issues within established SLAs.
- Engagement & Outreach: Drive mandatory course completion through targeted outbound communications.
- Self-Service Innovation: Develop scalable support mechanisms, including FAQs, instructional videos, and user manuals to empower learners.
- Database Maintenance: Administer the full lifecycle of learner profiles, including updates, requests, and terminations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of specialized experience in Learning Operations or Learning Technology.
- Technical Depth: Extensive functional expertise in Cornerstone, Docebo,Intellum.
- Authoring Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Xyleme
- Analytical Capability: Proven ability to report on training metrics and global performance trends.
- Service Excellence: Demonstrated success in managing onboarding logistics and support ticketing systems.
