Job role:
We’re hiring a part-time Senior Learning & Development Advisor to become the architect behind every life-changing plan we deliver. Reporting to our Head of Client Success, you’ll translate raw assessment data into crystal-clear Personal Development Plans, 5-year Career Roadmaps, and C-suite Succession Blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual needs-analysis interviews and interpret psychometric assessment results (MBTI, Hogan, StrengthsFinder).
- Design and deliver tailored Personal Development Plans with SMART objectives and 30-60-90-day milestones.
- Create multi-year Career Development Plans including skill-gap matrices, promotion pathways and industry-transition strategies.
- Develop executive Succession Plans with 9-box grids, readiness timelines and accelerated development tracks.
- Curate role-specific micro-learning playlists (videos, articles, podcasts) aligned to each client’s plan.
- Facilitate monthly virtual coaching circles and structured peer-accountability check-ins.
- Analyze 360-degree feedback reports and translate insights into targeted behavioral-change experiments.
- Build and annually refresh competency frameworks mapped to GCC labour-market trends.
- Design and deliver 45-minute virtual workshops on leadership presence, growth mindset and remote influence.
- Maintain talent-pool dashboards that combine internal bench strength with external candidate pipelines.
- Measure plan effectiveness using pre/post skill audits, salary benchmarking and client NPS.
- Update the firm’s PDP/CDP template library using evidence-based adult-learning models (70-20-10, spaced repetition).
- Provide weekly plan-review mentorship to junior career counsellors.
- Supply development-focused language for integration into client CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
- Author one anonymized client success story per month for publication on MyCareerPath’s LinkedIn channel.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (any related field); Master’s or MBA is an advantage
· 3–7 years in L&D, talent management or corporate coaching
· Authored 20+ PDPs/CDPs with proof of promotion or salary gain
· ICF-ACC, ATD, SHRM or CIPD credential is an advantage
· Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
· Tools: Miro, Notion, Google Sheets, Zoom
