Main Purpose of the Role
To work closely with assigned schools to
activate, train, and support them in using all features of the Classera system, ensuring smooth digital transformation, high adoption rates, and ongoing engagement. The role bridges
project implementation, customer training, account management, and basic technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Activation & Adoption
- Develop and execute yearly activation plans for each school (activities, events, digital tools).
- Ensure schools set up the platform correctly (students, teachers, parents, classes, schedules).
- Train school staff (teachers, administrators, supervisors) on how to use the system.
- Follow up on activation of all platform features (assignments, tests, virtual classrooms, digital content, mobile apps, etc.).
Ongoing School Support
- Make regular school visits and online meetings (weekly/bi-weekly).
- Provide first-line problem solving and escalate issues to technical support when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Support schools in running competitions, initiatives, and events.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track activation and usage rates in the CRM.
- Prepare and share reports with school management (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas and adjust activation strategies.
Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with school leaders, owners, and key staff.
- Work towards high customer satisfaction and contract renewals
- Identify additional needs and upsell other education partner services.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Partner Success Manager, General Manager, training, marketing, and product teams.
- Assist marketing with case studies, success stories, and identifying new opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years in LMS/e-learning platforms (Classera experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, instructional technology, or related fields).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS systems, and basic project management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, problem-solving, training, and time management.
- Languages: Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
