Key Responsibilities

Activation & Adoption

Develop and execute yearly activation plans for each school (activities, events, digital tools).
Ensure schools set up the platform correctly (students, teachers, parents, classes, schedules).
Train school staff (teachers, administrators, supervisors) on how to use the system.
Follow up on activation of all platform features (assignments, tests, virtual classrooms, digital content, mobile apps, etc.).

Ongoing School Support

Make regular school visits and online meetings (weekly/bi-weekly).
Provide first-line problem solving and escalate issues to technical support when necessary.
Monitor and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Support schools in running competitions, initiatives, and events.
