Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and strategic
Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our
pre-Sales organization. This role bridges the gap between customer training needs and the digital content solutions available within Classera’s ecosystem. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their learning goals, co-design the best-fit content strategies, and collaborate with our global content partners to propose compelling content solutions that drive platform adoption and revenue. This is a
customer-facing and
solution-oriented role that plays a critical part in Classera’s sales and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients (governments, corporates, institutions) during the pre-sales process to assess learning goals, training gaps, and content needs.
- Translate customer objectives into customized digital content strategies, leveraging Classera’s platform capabilities and content marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales engineers, and customer success teams to design holistic learning solutions.
- Identify and recommend appropriate third-party or proprietary content providers, and lead coordination with them to scope content proposals.
- Package and present end-to-end content offerings that enhance the value of Classera’s training platform during tender responses and client pitches.
- Act as the internal learning consultant and subject matter expert on instructional design, eLearning best practices, and digital content trends.
- Support clients in aligning learning paths to competencies, frameworks, or national skills agendas.
- Work with product and platform teams to ensure seamless content integration and learner experience design.
- Support channel partners and field teams with enablement on content strategies and value proposition messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR Development, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or EdTech—preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital content ecosystems, eLearning platforms, and upskilling/reskilling strategies.
- Experience working with B2B clients in corporate L&D, government training programs, or vocational education is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, content curation platforms, and LMS content integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops and partner engagements.
