Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying organizational learning needs, designing and delivering impactful training programs, and supporting employee growth initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational capability. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to build a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs aligned with business objectives and competency frameworks.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation learning journeys for new hires.
- Deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives (soft skills, leadership, technical skills, etc.).
- Manage relationships with external training providers, facilitators, and consultants.
- Create and maintain annual training calendars and learning roadmaps.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
- Maintain employee training records, certifications, and development plans.
- Develop e-learning content, microlearning modules, and digital learning resources.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative learning solutions and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training.
- Exposure to competency frameworks, IDPs, and performance development is preferred.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning programs.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
