The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee capability, performance, and career progression across Cilantro stores. The role ensures training effectiveness, alignment with business objectives, and consistency of learning standards across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and update training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, leadership).
- Coordinate and deliver in-store and classroom training sessions.
- Support the implementation of the in-store training system and certification processes.
- Develop training materials (manuals, presentations, job instructions, assessments).
- Track training attendance, completion, and certification status.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
- Support internal mobility, promotions, and career path readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR on training needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Support trainers and store leaders with coaching and training guidance.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Training / L&D (QSR or service industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience in training delivery and facilitation.
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
