An international law firm, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their Learning and Development team on a permanent basis.
The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the L&D Managers and wider team, the key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and support for training including liaising with speakers, scheduling room bookings, organising external suppliers and venues and arranging payments
- Maintaining the LMS system
- Be the main point of contact for all development related queries
- Set up events
- Provide advice to staff regarding Learning & Development opportunities
- Ad hoc project work
The Learning & Development Coordinator will have a strong background of administration with previous L&D or HR experience. They will ideally have gained some experience in a professional services environment and they will have a good working knowledge of computer systems.
