THE ROLE
As the Learning Enablement Partner (LEP) for the EMEA region, you will be the go-to expert for all things knowledge — including learning pathways, digital badging, certifications, and training programs. This is not a direct sales role; it is an enablement role designed to support and empower the regional sales team. By equipping sellers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to position training effectively, you will help them demonstrate the value of learning as part of every customer and partner engagement. By mapping customer and partner needs to the right certification and training journeys, you will play a critical role in accelerating adoption, driving revenue, and making learning a strategic differentiator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the trusted knowledge partner for regional sales leaders, individual sellers, and partners.
- Provide expertise on certification paths, training programs, and learning solutions to help sales teams position these offerings effectively.
- Join customer-facing conversations as the regional training and certification specialist, reinforcing sales messaging with authoritative knowledge.
- Partner with sales managers to identify gaps in customers’ and partners’ knowledge and create targeted enablement plans.
- Serve as the regional authority on learning pathways, digital badges, and certifications.
- Guide sellers on how to position training and certifications as strategic value drivers.
- Adapt global enablement and certification content into region-specific knowledge solutions.
- Ensure customers and partners clearly understand how training accelerates adoption and drives ROI.
- Build and execute quarterly enablement plans aligned to regional sales priorities. •
- Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and training demos for sellers and partners.
- Simplify and prioritize enablement activities to focus on those that directly support deal success.
- Learning and Enablement Partner • Collaborate with global enablement and product teams to localize and deploy content.
- Represent enablement at key regional events (QBRs, All-Hands, SKOs, customer/partner training events).
- Support regional training campaigns and initiatives that strengthen sales impact through knowledge.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of certification-led enablement and knowledge programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in learning and development, enablement, or product training—ideally in fintech or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Temenos products or similar core banking platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
- Expertise in learning pathways and training programs.
