The Team
The EMEA Learning & Development (L&D) Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the engagement and alignment across Europe and the Middle East in support of the global L&D strategy. You'll focus on building strong partnerships with senior regional leadership teams, ensuring they are informed, engaged and actively involved in key learning initiatives and organisational transitions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Corporate and Business Unit leadership teams as well as peers within A&M’s Global People Organisation (GPO) to communicate and embed the global L&D vision, providing strategic guidance and support to smaller markets as they develop and strengthen their local learning strategies. By aligning regional priorities with global objectives, you'll help ensure a consistent, impactful approach to capability development and organisational growth across all markets.

How you’ll contribute:
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Build trusted partnerships with EMEA leaders to align regional priorities with global L&D strategy. Act as the communication bridge between regional leadership and global teams, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and strong business engagement.
L&D Strategy
Drive alignment between global L&D and EMEA markets, ensuring regional needs shape global initiatives and capability priorities.
Learning Culture and Regional Enablement
Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Empower leaders and markets to embed learning into business priorities and share best practices across the region.
Governance and Measurement
Ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable impact in all regional learning initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimise performance and demonstrate value.
Learning Delivery
Oversee consistent, high-quality programme delivery across EMEA. Align global initiatives with local needs, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement through collaboration and innovation.
Learning Environment
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and accessible learning environment that reflects global standards while meeting local needs. Promote connection, growth, and knowledge-sharing across markets.
Shared Services
Partner with HR and Business Unit Leaders to align L&D initiatives with the firm’s overall talent strategy and business goals. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise and guidance on learning strategies, programmes, and initiatives. Support Learning Partners with creative and effective communication channels to boost awareness, engagement, and participation in learning opportunities
Key Skills and Experience:
- A number of years of demonstrable experience leading transformational learning and talent development initiatives, preferably for a global organization
- Deep expertise in the latest learning strategies, technologies, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills to influence executive stakeholders and inspire learners
- Track record of successfully executing large-scale, complex learning transformation initiatives
- Expertise in learning analytics, measurement, and establishing the business impact of learning programs
- Understanding of key consulting disciplines, methodologies, and skill requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education, HR, or related field preferred
