We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor to join a leading professional services firm in London. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver high-impact development programmes that support employee growth, performance, and engagement across the business.
🔹 Salary: £38,000–£45,000
🔹 Location: London
🔹 Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 remote
🔹 Sector: Professional Services
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s passionate about learning, confident working with stakeholders, and keen to drive continuous improvement in how people learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes across core business areas
• Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Collaborate with managers and HR to identify training needs and development priorities
• Coordinate external training providers and manage logistics for in-person and virtual sessions
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and engagement metrics
• Contribute to the development of digital learning content and resources
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Stay up to date with L&D trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an L&D role, ideally within professional services or corporate environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident presenting and facilitating both in-person and online sessions
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools
