An exciting role as a Learning & Development Manager within a top media company. This would be suited to anyone with experience designing and delivering learning programmes to senior stakeholders, particularly within management and leadership development.
This is a flexible hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Responsibilities
- Create a management and leadership training programme for the business.
- Facilitate programmes through the whole L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess training needs.
- Support stakeholders in talent mapping and succession planning.
- Utilising our LMS system to make training content available anytime, anywhere.
What we want from you-
- Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability
- A strong understanding of learning and development best practice
- Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced business
Preferred Skills
- CIPD Qualified
- Coaching qualification or similar- ILM/CMI
