With a world-class client list and an award-winning reputation for innovation, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Learning and Development to join our senior leadership team.
This is a pivotal role. You’ll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our global training ecosystem, ensuring every course and programme - from Engage Leadership to People and Culture, from The Mediation Company to The Investigation Company - reflects our commitment to quality, pedagogy and transformational impact.
You’ll:
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our learning portfolio.
- Embed cutting-edge approaches in behavioural science, digital learning and AI innovation.
- Drive a culture of excellence and evidence-based practice across our global network of trainers and consultants.
- Represent TCM as a thought leader: speaking at events, running workshops and building partnerships that extend our global reach.
We’re looking for a visionary L&D leader- calm, collaborative and commercially astute - who can blend systems thinking with creativity, data with empathy, and rigour with imagination.
Role details
• Title: Head of Learning and Development
• Location: Hybrid – three days per week at our head office in Islington, North London/client facing.
• Salary: £65k–£75k + profit share and performance-related pay (total earnings £90k+)
• Reports to: CEO, David Liddle
• Closing date: 28 November 2025
