About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly capable Learning and Development Manager to own and deliver the rollout of The Learning Curve — our global learning framework powered by Zensai (Learn 365).
Reporting directly to the Global VP of HR, this is a standalone, hands-on role responsible for embedding a lifecycle learning architecture that builds capability, efficiency, and leadership across all teams worldwide.
You’ll partner with business and functional leaders to design, deploy, and optimise learning experiences that strengthen culture, drive performance, and mature organisational capability in line with inforcer’s growth trajectory.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the successful global rollout of The Learning Curve learning framework across all business units and regions.
- Drive adoption and engagement with our LMS (Zensai/Learn 365), ensuring alignment with inforcer’s strategic learning goals: performance, scalability, and cultural reinforcement.
- Translate organisational strategy and workforce insights into data-led learning initiatives.
- Champion learning analytics and reporting dashboards that link completion rates to OKRs, productivity, and engagement.
Programme Design & Delivery
- Develop and manage learning pathways covering the entire employee lifecycle including Sales enablement and manager development.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and G&A) to ensure programmes meet functional and regional needs.
- Oversee the creation and curation of digital content, microlearning, and blended modules.
- Embed “learning in the flow of work” and support self-directed learning through Grow @ inforcer.
Operational Excellence
- Manage HRIS and LMS integration to automate learning path assignments by role, level, and geography.
- Maintain compliance learning and automated re-certifications in line with global standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, DEI, Health & Safety).
- Ensure The Learning Curve is continuously refreshed in quarterly cadences aligned to OKRs.
- Measure and report on learning impact: time to productivity, revenue per FTE, employee engagement, and retention.
