We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead the design and delivery of leadership development and talent strategies that drive business performance. This is a high-impact role where your deep understanding of the financial services landscape will be critical to success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Talent Agenda: Design and implement leadership development programs and talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Drive Key Processes: Oversee Talent Reviews, succession planning, and annual performance management cycles.
- Champion Coaching: Manage executive and internal coaching programs to accelerate leadership growth.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Connect talent initiatives to broader workforce strategies for sustainable success.
- Collaborate & Influence: Build strong relationships with HRBPs, external partners, and business schools to deliver best-in-class solutions.
What Our Client is Looking For
- Significant tenure in medium to large financial services organisations - long enough to have navigated multiple cycles of regulatory and governance change.
- Proven ability to measure ROI on leadership and management development programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Expertise in talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
