🔵 About the Role

We’re hiring a Media Training & Enablement Specialist to support Meta’s Global Business Group.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Meta Ads experience who can train, educate, and enable advertisers and agency partners to use Meta’s solutions effectively.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver training sessions, build learning materials, improve advertiser readiness, and strengthen product adoption across Meta’s platforms.

🔵 Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to advertisers and agencies
Create learning content (slides, guides, playbooks, best practices)
Partner with cross-functional teams on program delivery and optimisation
Support adoption of Meta Ads solutions through education and hands-on guidance
Gather feedback from partners & help improve training frameworks
Track program impact, engagement, and effectiveness

🔥 Non-Negotiable Requirements

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

✔ Experience training, enabling, or educating advertisers or agency teams

✔ Background in digital marketing / paid social / media planning
