Learning and Development Consultant
9-month FTC
London based (hybrid work - 1 or 2 days a week on-site)
£70,000 – £75,000 plus benefits
A Learning and Development Consultant is wanted on an initial 9-month Fixed Term Contract by a client of ours who are looking at building a centre of excellence for their talent development function. This function will cover succession planning, talent mapping, internal mobility and career development, whilst offering the successful individual, the chance to work with a high level of autonomy and deliver some amazing results.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of between £70,000 - £75,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications plus bonuses and benefits.
Overview of the Learning and Development Consultant role:
- You will work in close partnership with the Head of Talent Development and the Talent & Learning Designer to review, refresh, and relaunch our learning offerings and talent development frameworks.
- This role will lead the design and implementation of modern, scalable development solutions that align with our evolving business needs and support a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- You will collaborate with HRBPs, the Talent & Learning Designer, and relevant business stakeholders to embed refreshed frameworks into business-as-usual practices.
Key skills required for the Learning and Development Consultant role:
- Significant experience in learning, talent, or organisational development consulting roles (in-house or external).
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale learning and talent framework refreshes or redesigns and embed learning into the flow of work.
- Strong design thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across complex, expert-led environments.
